1. Digital Products (e.g., Beats, Sample Packs, Downloads)
All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
Once a digital file has been delivered or downloaded, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges, as the product cannot be returned. Please ensure you review product descriptions and preview content before purchase.
Exceptions:
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
You purchased the same product more than once by accident
You did not receive the product due to a technical issue on our end and support could not resolve it
To request an exception, contact us within 3 days of purchase with proof of payment and details of the issue.

2. Services (e.g., Custom Beats, Mixing, Mastering)
If you've booked a service:
Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before work begins to be eligible for a full refund.
If work has already started, a partial refund may be offered depending on how much work has been completed.
If the service has been delivered, no refund will be issued.
